Heres a early & awesome Cast Iron Kerosene Sad Iron Heater Stove Brightest and Best Glazier from Chelsea MI. Untested but it only needs a wick & kerosene for it to work if you plan using it instead of collecting it. Has some rusting to it overall not bad at all, please use the photos to judge the condition of the stove. Approximately 9 3/4 inchs tall top grate measures 7 3/4s inchs by 6 1/4. This one is not as typical as the others as its a little older, they started putting just “brightest & best” on it where this one is ornate and is “The Brightest & Best”. It has a nice patina similar to seasoned cast iron. There is a nice metal finish with almost no rust seen. 23 1/2″ tall x 15″ in diam. At the bottom and 14 diam. Wick knob seems stuck. As seen in photos. 2 out of three mica windows have holes in them but should be easy to replace.

These stoves were made to heat and throw light this one has Isen glass windows or material behind the metal you can see it behind the circular holes in the pictures. I was told that this is a working unit you have to know what you’re doing and add kerosene and adjust the wick correctly. And light It up. I would do so outside until you get used to this particular setup. It’s about the same size as any of the Perfection brand stoves that are also kerosene heaters. Serious offer seriously considered.
