Vintage Griswold Manufacturing Co. Cast iron 3-burner gas stove top section, marked “GRIS 2030 WDLT” and made in Erie, Pennsylvania. Griswold was one of the most respected American manufacturers of cast iron cookware and commercial kitchen equipment in the late 1800s through mid-1900s. Pieces like this were built for restaurants, boarding houses, and industrial kitchens, designed to run daily for decades – and many still survive today because of that build quality. This unit is a great example of that era: Heavy cast iron construction, simple mechanical gas valves, and a design focused purely on durability and function. It carries the kind of industrial character that modern equipment just doesn’t have. One corner crack (see photos). Great for restoration, parts, or industrial decor.

This is one of the nicer Griswold pieces I’ve had in 40 years-having everything from 13 to Spiders. Great shape- level and clean. The lid has script only underneath, as I forgot the top pic. Real good piece and priced to sell. Well, that’s it folks. Please study pics and read Condition Description. NOTE: I’ve lowered it three times, not counting today’s. It’s in the range for resellers!
Old Griswold 10 griddle. In good condition with no cracks and sits flat on the counter. It has some muld pitting on griddle top as seen in pics. I cleaned it with a light soap and non abrasive scrubbing pad to knock the grime off it. I covered it on a very light coating of crisco and buffed it in very well to prevent rust. It weighs close to 19lbs before packaging. Nice griddle in my opinion. Use as is or restore it to new. See all pics for condition and measurements if applicable. Great care is always taken to ensure your item is packed with love and care and lots of packing experience.

Skillet is in nice condition. Has utensil marks as shown. The bottom is crisp and clear. Has about 1/16 movement on our glass top. WILL SPIN IF PROVOKED! Best used on a coil electric or gas stove top! Has been cleaned via electrolysis and seasoned with my own blend of natural Pennsylvania beeswax, crisco, and olive oil. Wiped down with food grade mineral oil to protect it from surface rust.
