Made of solid heavy cast iron. Door on front made of cast iron. The front and side door are for loading wood or coal, and the side door can be used to remove ashes. The top of the stove is flat but comes with a Dome lid for the top for 2 hot cooking burner surfaces. This True antique potbelly stoves has an exhaust pipe which is large and black and extend upward from the top cook plate. Some potbelly stoves can be converted to burn gas instead of wood, but they must be ventilated properly to ensure safety. I have a little store in Morrisville PA 19067. Open by appointment only and certain weekends (openings posted on my store’s website). You can also see pictures of what I have for sale on FaceBook under “Yardley Antiques”. Marked Newberry, Filley & Co, Chapel parlor patented 1856. This one is from my own personal collection and I’m currently using it as a candle display. There are double doors on the front that can be opened or closed and it comes with the pipe in. The back to attach to the wall chimney (not pictured, but included and same color red). Please see all the pictures and use them as part of the description. Sorry, NO personal checks (no exceptions). Penn Royal Esther Salesman Sample Stove Complete. Penn Royal Esther salesman sample stove oven. Penn company was from Reading Pennsylvania they made stoves and heaters. Went out of business in 1930’s. Made of cast iron and nickel. Complete with some original accessories that are hard to find and original to stove. Frying pan, bucket, bake sheet, and stack for stove pipe. All moving parts are working. I have not cleaned this in any way. Stove measures: 18″ long, 8 3/4″ depth, height with stack 26″, height without stack 16″. Stack can be removed. All pics in natural light. Stove has some rust here and there. Stove sits on silver cast iron base. Doors open and close. Great piece of Americana. Very solid and heavy. View closely and enlarge. Surely would be a highlight to any collection. Vtg Antique Green and White porcelain cast iron gas cook Cooking oven with 4 stove Burners. Not sure if last letter is a g or c?? . 37 1/2″ wide x 37 3/4″ tall x 25 deep. Fair to good condition, Untested!! All valves turn freely. Has some porcelain chips, Normal wear with age to the porcelain, scuffs and scratches and few other wear marks. Needs alot of cleaning, mainly inside, Alot of cooking grime, oven cleaner works great with a razor. Has Rust, one drip pan has rust holes and pitting. The drip pan can be removed and repaired by your local welder shop, or find a replacement if possible. Other parts have rust and need sanded and painted with heat paint. Oven control knob is broke and needs replaced. Missing two smaller knobs on left side and one large on the right bottom drawer. Beautiful stove in Need of TLC. Appears complete besides some minor parts, Took plenty of pictures if you need more. Untested but should work, there’s not much to these beside keeping the burner and valve parts clean. Drawers have the original rollers and work great, everything is good besides the one drip pan rust holes which would not be to costly of a repair. Mainly a good cleaning and some fresh oven paint. OLD ANTIQUE “PITTSBURG” CAST IRON HEATER/ SMOKER/ STOVE. MEASURES 54″ TALL BY 20″ IN DIAMETER. I DID A LOT OF RESEARCH ON THE INTERNET ON PITTSBURG STOVES AND COULD NOT FIND ANY INFORMATION ON THIS ITEM… IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS BEAUTIFUL PIECE, I WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF YOU LET ME KNOW. ADORNED WITH 8 RAISED LIONS HEADS (6 ON THE LID AND 2 BELOW THE PITTSBURG MARK). SIX SETS OF NUMBERS ON TOP BELOW THE LID SHOWN ON ONE OF THE PICTURES. NUMBERS S-400-1-4 ON THE BROKEN PIECE THAT GOES BELOW LID ON TOP WHICH NEEDS TO BE WELDED BACK ON. TWO DOORS ON THE FRONT AND TWO ON THE BACK IN THE MIDDLE. HOLES ON TOP, MIDDLE AND BOTTOM. PLEASE NOTE: I BELIEVE THIS STOVE OR WHATEVER IT MAY HAVE BEEN USED FOR (PERHAPS AS I HAVE BEEN TOLD A HEATER OR SMOKER) IS ANTIQUE BASED ON WHAT I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY OTHERS (NOT ANTIQUE EXPERTS). IT IS VERY OLD HOWEVER. TWO BIG GUYS WERE BARELY ABLE TO PUT IT IN THE TRUCK TO BE MOVED TO MY HOUSE. WE WILL HOWEVER HELP LOAD IT ONTO YOUR TRUCK.
