ANTIQUE FRENCH STOVE HEAVY CAST IRON ORIGINAL TILES. This rare antique stove from France, made of heavy cast iron with brass trim is in excellent condition and requires no restoration. Carefully maintained, it is decorated with the original tiles from France, and all are in good condition, with the exception of two tiles, that have cracks, but are not visible. The oven doors open and close and the plates can be lifted to view the burning embers inside, if it was lighted! This stove would make a unique display unit in a bakery or restaurant where it could be piled high with fresh oven baked bread, and rolls, or displayed with cooking pots and casseroles in a cookware store.
