This is a very stylish, mid-century modern, Danish made, Morso (established 1853) wood burning, tight-air stove for heating purposes. This free-standing model No. 1125 was produced from 1973 to 1984. More info on its history is available online. It is covered in its original glossy gray enamel with very few cosmetic issues. It has a cast iron apron for retaining the logs you will place inside. It has its original smoke deflector, numbered. To help its efficiency and helps prevent build-up in your chimney. This smoke deflector can be seen in its proper placement in our fifth photo; it is shown outside the stove in the tenth photo. This stove can, on its own, heat up to 2500 square feet of your home, cabin, etc. In this era of milder winters with cold snaps, it could greatly reduce your reliance on the energy companies. It does not have the original stand but could be elevated by decorative bricks or you may find your own stand. If you don’t want it to rest on the floor.
