This is a wonderful stove in excellent condition that was manufactured around the mid to late 1800’s. It looks like it has been used very little in the past and can be used today very safely. It comes apart in many pieces so it would be very easy to move. This stove has been inside in a home for most of its life and has no damage. This stove has wonderful features – feet warmers; ash catcher; a place for your kettle or to cook on top; knobs to control the air flow, a specific place to light your fire and many more… 63″ H x 24″ and weighs just over 200 lbs. Nickel plated finish, cast iron. This collectible 13.5″ x 12″x 6 toy cast iron stove was manufactured in the 1840’s by the American Foundries There is no history of where it was bought (perhaps NYC) but the name Crescent. It has a nickel plated finish and not painted. There are traces of light rust starting. It comes with the original lifter, skillet, sauce pot, dutch oven, coal scuttle. I did not wash any of the stove or parts. There is a working grate, four burner top, reservoir lid, ash shaker. The tin chimney sets inside a ornate nickel plated chimney with a warming shelf and two teapot shelves. The oven door does work and has a embossed design of the man in the moon face in a sliver of a moon along with a six pointed star with a embossed word Crescent. The ash and grate doors are faux. The bottom, front has beautiful detailed embossing. As well as the warming shelf and side hearth. This piece has been researched extensively. The references are: The Strong, National Museum of Play. ” The “Chicago Tribune, Aug. 21, 1994, Theriaults. Org, Kovels, Toy Stoves 1850 to 1950. This piece is very ornate and smooth to the touch and has the original flat head screws. It is very robust. It is a good size piece. I obtained this piece when my Aunt passed. She played with it in the 1930’s/40’s as it was given to her & passed down from her Mother who was born in 1898. I have no attachments to it. This is a very unique turn-of the-century gas fired cast iron heater/stove. It was made by the Great Western Stove Company in Leavenworth, Oklahoma City and Denver. It is completely original and has many nickel plated pieces. There are four removable nickel plated’lion type’ vertical pieces on the corners. There are also four removable nickel plated skirt pieces around the bottom and another four around the top. On top is a removable nickel plated ornatecast iron piece with a finial on top. This is a gas burning stove and has a burner assembly at the bottom. There are three very ornate opening doors, one on the front and also on the two sides, which are covered in eisen-glass. There is a flat plate on the rear to cook or boil water. I have never used this stove for it’s intended purpose, but used it as the incredible display that it is. The total height of the stove is 51. This stove has not been restored, but is in very good original condition. It would definitely be the focal point in any room it is placed in. I have never seen another like it. Here we offer for your consideration a Rare Antique Wood Burning Cook Stove. This stove was made in the late 1800’s by the Black & Germer Stove Company in Erie Pennsylvania. The Trade Name on the front door is “Radiant Home”. We have owned this stove for about 15 years and have never hooked it up. We bought it mainly for decoration as it is the fanciest one we have been able to acquire in 43 years. The stove measures 49 inches wide on the top including the Water Reservoir. It has the step down that stands off to the side about another 8 1/2 on the left side when facing the stove. The stove with top stands 50 inches tall or 5 feet & has a Nickel Crown that sits a top it going another 5 tall at the center. The stove from front to back is 30 1/2 deep. The stove has Nickel plating everywhere and it is in amazing condition. So is the Cast Iron. We have had other stoves made much later, that were no where near in as good of condition. The inside grates are as great condition as the outside caps. We also have a lifter & a wood moving stick with the stove. The feet on the bottom are very rare as well, they are “Paw Feet”. There is one missing on the back and the previous owner had a Foot custom made to work on the back side. It has been on display with us all this time and is solid as a Rock. The top is beautiful as well and we have not been able to research the Majestic Warming doors yet. We will add when we have more history. The Stove Pipe area on the back is rare & beautiful and fits well on the base. We think this may have been added some time ago previous to us or the previous owner. But it matches like the day the stove was made. From our research so far this stove seems to date back to about 1878. Anyone having any more information we would surely pass on to the new owner. Again we have never burned the stove & used it only for decoration. So we are offering it as Un-restored. Presented for your consideration is this antique parlor stove. The stove is a #38 Lincoln parlor stove and is made of cast iron with nickel plating everywhere but the grate doors and the interior of the stove. It features an ornate swirl design throughout with a hawk or griffin head at the left and right sides. “Lincoln” is written in large lettering across the front and No. 38 is written in the right and left front corners. The base of the stove has claw-like legs and a ornate handle is on the front towards the bottom which is for shaking the coal or wood to keep it burning. All of the grate doors on the front and side open with ease and the interior of the stove is in very good condition. This stove would have originally been used in a parlor for heating purposes. This stove appears to be complete except for the missing isinglass/mica glass and the top finial. Guaranteed to be antique. This neat stove would make a great addition to any stove or general antique collection! The stove was re-plated at one time. Some wear is present from age and use. Overall in VERY GOOD condition. This is certainly a fabulous J&E STEVENS’ECLIPSE’ CAST IRON TOY STOVE. The stove with very ornate castings, backsplash with warming oven, seven burner cooktop, includes the original hearth shelf, teakettle and burner lids, nickel finish, marked’Eclipse’ on the larger oven door, the standard tea kettle pictured is included. A nice ornate cast iron stove nickel plate detail. This stove operates on gas. It is not tested and. I assume it will need some work plus cleaning. A lot of the rust is surface, but some is rustier. The nickel plating is worn and their is a weld repair. On the front foot rest. 37″ tall 22″ wide and 18 deep.
