Beautiful working natural gas oven. This vintage Roper gas range oven from the 1940s-1950s is a functional piece of history for your kitchen. The bottom right door is a little hard to shut. You need to slam it a bit, and the handle on that one is a little loose on one side. Probably just needs the screw tightened. This is 40 inches wide so please make sure your kitchen space accommodates a larger range. Made in the United States, this Roper 6 model is a must-have for collectors and those who appreciate the charm of vintage appliances. Classic Roper 1950’s Antique 6-burner stove, with oven, broiler, and warming drawer — works great! Had it’s porcelain re-enameled and whole stove re-conditioned by antique stove expert about 15years ago. The Gas Company serviced within last five years, all burners, oven and broiler are working perfectly. This is a family workhorse, generates high heat for cooking like restaurant stoves. Served many wonderful meals but I’m downsizing. It’s white and brimming with Mid-Century charm. All genuine Roper parts. Dimensions: 40″wide, 26″deep, and 44 high. Oven interior needs cleaning.
