This is an antique cast iron wood stove from Chicago, the patent date is May 6, 1912. An all cast iron beautiful piece, the burner and all otheri pieces appear to be present. Also incribed is the phrase Bonita Universal. It looks to be in pretty good condition for its age, i would reccoment looking over the pictures to judge if this is the right one for you! An amazing decor, i suppose you could still use it. A very nice display or decor item, will definetly spice up the look of your home.
