Antique 1800’s Cast Iron 8&9 Flip Flop Waffle Iron for Wood Stove Range Top. You are looking at a very nice Antique 1800’s Cast Iron 8&9 Flip Flop Waffle Iron for Wood Stove Range Top. This unit was made to stand over a stove plate after it was removed so the center waffle mold could flip over and rest on the hinge. The waffle iron measures 14 inches in overall length 2 inches tall and weighs 7 pounds 3.8 ounces. The waffle mold is 7 1/2 inch diameter. Very good condition, no chips, cracks or repairs. The Waffle iron was cleaned for collector consideration and is ready to be seasoned with your preferred methods if you wish to use it for cooking. Please view photos carefully, the pictures were taken outdoors in sunlight and the iron will be a darker gray to black when indoors. Please note that your satisfaction is very important to us. Includes rare miniature Wagner cast iron flapjack pan, Frying pan, and kettle. I believe the stove is complete. It has all 3 pan holders. Please see the last picture for scale. That is a full size can of corn in the pan. Im nor sure of exact weight but would guess 60 to 65 pounds. It is very old it shows wear from age including areas of rust. It is as found condition. I have never seen another stove door like this. Arts & Crafts, or Art Nouveau era Cast Iron, featuring a Raised design of hedge of Stylized Trees, with a banner or ribbon. Background resembles tree bark, or other textural motif. NO maker’s mark I can see. SIZE: Approx 20″ long, 11″ high, and 3/8 thick. All measurements to the best of my ability to measure. CONDITION: Coating of surface rust. Probably can be wire brushed, as rust is not through. I left as found. This will make a spectacular addition to your decor. Please see my other items listed. Offering this very rare and very fancy 19th century cast iron stove by the Culter & Proctor Stove Co. Lots of great period detailing in the design and the original blue porcelain tiles (ladies on two sides and a lady and flowers on one end). It has a recent repaint, so very little rust is evident. One rail is broken and gone as shown in the second picture. One of the central portrait tiles is cracked; the other eight are in good condition. I have been told this is missing the leg base. As you can see, this is otherwise a really nice antique stove. Measures about 34″ long and 30″ tall. An antique Buck’s Junior 2 cast iron stove, very heavy. Mostly complete and missing some of the factory pieces, also one of the circular burner covers was replaced with a plastic piece. Normal wear and patina to cast iron, one rear leg is loose although the stove will stand with it in place.
