Antique Cast Iron Kitchen Stove with Original Art Nouveau Floral Tiles, including spare tiles. Dates to the early 1900s. The stove has two oven doors, an air draft opening and circular draft control. The original cast iron firepot has been removed to lighten the stove allowing the interior space to be used for storage. Sets up nicely as a bar. There are left and right warming drawers with a center ash drawer burned through in the middle. There is a thin crack in the cook top and the lift off wood fuel feed cover is also cracked. Both are physically solid and characteristic of castings of that period. Glass insulators under each foot are included. Rescued from Belgium in 1975. Tiles were numbered, stove was disassembled, frame cleaned and rustoleum painted black, then reassembled using new hardware. Well-maintained and in good, clean condition. Possibly made at Les Fonderies Bruxelloises. Measures 33″ tall, 34.5″ across, with a depth of 24.5.
