This is a louvered air intake from one of those boilers. It has a magnificent Art Nouveau neo-classical pattern. The best of this size and type you will ever find. Dated 1887 Very rare. This part most likely the air intake vent. Measures 22″ long, 1 3/4″ deep, 7 1/2 high. No damage and the sliding adjustable closures work perfectly.
