This is very nice stove crown finally heavy and rare. Definitely a beautiful piece for collectors. 1895 ECLIPSE Cast Toy Stove, J & E Stevens, Antique! Very nice condition, slight superficial rust. Be aware the pots and pans are added, vintage but not the original no name on them. Stove is dated on back as patented july 30, 1895. Included what is pictured PLEASE VERIFY PIECES/PARTS WITH PICTURES, it has 4 original burners covers. Its slightly dusted for being displayed. Very solid piece not structural damage, really nice, it could be refinished for spectacular looking or leave just like it is now for vintage looking. Easures 16 1/2″ wide (with hearth shelf attached), 16 1/4″ tall to the stovepipe, 15 1/2″ tall to the tip of the back-piece, 9″ tall to the stovetop, with the stovetop alone measuring 13 3/4″ wide by 8 1/4″ deep…. For your consideration is a BEAUTIFUL claw footed cast iron parlor stove from the early 1900s. Good condition as seen in the photos. There is minimal rusting along the bottom of the stove and back of the feet. The feet are detachable and the door on the right side of the stove opens and shuts. The orange rust you see is due to the previous owner having it out in the rain for about two weeks when they we’re moving. Everything else is 100% original. I do my best to write accurate descriptions and mention any damage or other issues, but please use the photos to judge the overall condition for yourself. This antique black cast iron toy stove is an Eclipse made by J & E Stevens sometime in the late 1800s. The stove has 6 burners and a reservoir on top. It comes with 4 burner lids or stovetop plates and a lifter. There are two doors on the front. There is a shaker shelf inside. The stove is embossed on all sides in a decorative floral pattern plus the name Eclipse on the large front door. Antiques Roadshow calls this stove a salesman’s sample but it was advertised in the Montgomery Ward catalog as one of the handsomest toy ranges on the market. This replica cast iron cookstove would look great in a Victorian farmhouse kitchen, Americana or primitive décor, or in a cabin. It is in good antique condition. It is missing pieces including the chimney, side shelves, damper, two burner lids, and reservoir lid. There is brown discoloration in the relief. Please use your zoom for a good look. 1878 Victorian Antique Cast Iron Wood Burning Parlor Stove–Perry & Co. This stove is in excellent condition, except for some chips in interior box–where the wood goes. Can be seen in picture. Has been used only as display piece by myself and the people I bought it from. I can’t see any reason why you couldn’t actually burn wood in it if you have it vented through a chimney. The bottom vents work perfectly and are pictured both open and closed. I have had it displayed with several candles arranged in the wood box and have lit them occasionally. The last picture is of the wood box covered with the original cover. The paint on the cover is good but not perfect, and the interior of the cover has some rust markings. We never displayed it with the cover as it is purely functional if you want to cover the box. Not decorated with detailing like the stove. The original owners of my house collected antiques and had built the brick hearth it is on to display it upon. Please feel free to ask any questions.
