Vintage O’Keefe & Merritt 1940’s Era Stove Fully Restored. This is a wonderful late 1940. Eefe & Merritt Stove with all the bells and whistles. 4 burners, two with simmer plates; chrome griddle, overhead range light, with working timer and built in outlet; spring loaded range top cover; oven and unique. Broiler, with an added storage drawer underneath. The stove comes from a historic home in Leimert Park. Unfortunately, it just doesn’t fit with a planned kitchen remodel, but I’ll be sorry to see it go! T make them like this anymore.. Clearly, lots of love and attention have been given to this classic piece. The stove is in restored condition and fully functional, it is in great shape with only minor cosmetic imperfections. This lid is in pretty good condition as shown in the photos. There are no cracks or other damage. Diameter: about 8 5/8 across the inner rim. Weight: 3 lbs 3 oz. Movement on a Glass top stove: 1/32. This piece has been cleaned via electrolysis and seasoned with my own blend of natural Pennsylvania beeswax, olive oil and crisco. Exceptionally fine and clean Antique IDEAL OAK #211 parlor stove from the 1800’s. Beautifully restored as a decorative item that sat in my parent’s kitchen for 70 years. Everything external and internal is intact so it is easy to assume it is fully functional. No cracks, no chips, no marks. It would make a great addition to any cabin or home. All findings are solid brass. Bottom feet width 14 1/2. Top width 12 1/2. Height including fillial 38. Cast iron door 7″x8″.

A hard to find antique in fully restored condition and the part numbers actually match. This isn’t a grill set cobbled together with a draft door from this hibachi, a top grill from that and a nameplate from Lodge. This was bought together, used together and kept together until I found it neglected together in an estate sale. Then restored it together earlier this year. It has not been used since restoration was completed. The bottom plate has an ancient crack, but since the coals are held off the bottom by the coal grate, there is no loss in safety or performance. When fully assembled, the crack is pretty hard to see. The interior has some pitting but the exterior is pretty clean with consistent color everywhere. There is no warping, fire damage or chips. Both the coal and cooking grills are intact, unwarped and trouble free. Both doors are also intact and trouble free. When fully assembled this looks great. Absolutely no power tools or excessive heat were used in the restoration of this cast iron grill set. It was thoroughly cleaned using a lye bath and electrolysis, one piece at a time. Each was scrubbed using elbow grease and ordinary soap, water and Walmart plastic scrubbies. Each piece was seasoned with vegetable oil 3x at 500 F. This thing will be packed like a sacred relic. Lange and Co 6302A wood stove. Made in Denmark, with a deep red porcelain enamel finish. This stove has been restored, including re sealing, repairs to the enamel finish, adjustment and lubrication of latches and hinges, as well as new gasketing throughout. This particular stove accommodates an especially long log, and is a quality cast iron wood stove. PLEASE NOTE There is a small area on the rear top of stove, as you can see in pics, that has had the finish repaired, and was larger than a small chip. It has been fully repaired, but is not a perfect match, as porcelain enamel can only be touched up with stove coating.
