Up for sale is a RARE! Antique? ELGIN ILL. STOVE & OVEN Co. Tabletop? Single Cast Iron Stove Burner in decent condition for its age. The item is approx. 10 1/2″ square x 5″ tall. The cast iron grate itself is approx. The base frame has some paint loss which is to be expected due to age. The frame is embossed ELGIN ILL. STOVE & OVEN CO. As shown in one of my pictures. It even has a nameplate which is still intact. The cast iron grate which is original to the base frame has a few cracks which I have identified with a red arrow. What a GREAT piece of Elgin, IL.
