This is a beautiful antique cast iron “stove” heater. The patent # is 1757593 and was filed in 1929 by W. It is missing 2 of the ceramic inserts. This would be really pretty painted, the legs and the scroll iron work and the front grill was originally gold and I suspect the rest was black. It measures 21″ high by 27″ wide.
