Very Charming Antique Pot Belly. About 100 years old, from the quick research I have done. Stove it marked: J. Very little light rust on the inside. This is normal and not an issue, but it it bugs you, the slight surface rust on the inside could easily be removed with vinegar. A bottom plate and pipe could be added to make this a working stove to hold coal or word. Or with it’s compact size, it makes a great decor piece. It is about 15″ wide at the base, and stands about 24″ high. This is about the size of the stoves that where often found in train station around the turn of the Century, late 1800s to early 1900s.
