This unique piece will look beautiful in your living room or kitchen! Please send us photos of the damaged items. Please be aware that you may lose the item(s). The post office will accept it or we will ask you to return it. You must report any damage to us and to your local post office. They will provide you with a release form to file your claim. Claims will not be processed by the Dutch postal insurer or by us without a (verbal) indemnity form from the receiving postal service. This form is internationally known as a CN24 form. I recommend that you first contact the post office to find out how the procedure works, so that you don’t have to go to the post office unnecessarily. If they tell you that we need to file the claim, we will be aware of that. However, if the form is completed by us, the insurer will require proof from the postal authorities in your country that the item was actually damaged in transit. That is form CN24. The photos we need in case of damage: – the packaging as a whole with the address and barcode visible – if possible, a detailed photo of the damage to the packaging – one or more photos of the damaged item as a whole – one or more detailed photos of the damage – one or more photos clearly showing the inside of the packaging – a detailed view of the address with barcode. FOR DAMAGED ITEMS IN THE US: You must submit a request before filing a claim. You can submit a request by calling the International Inquiry Center.
