The “Statue of Liberty” cast iron pan is from American Brass and Iron (AB&I) and is part of its American Cookware line. It is an “Omelette Pan” with the Statue of Liberty design on the bottom, produced by the foundry in Oakland, California, likely in the late 1970s or early 1980s. Product Line: American Cookware. Design: Statue of Liberty on the bottom of the pan. Approximate Production Time: Late 1970s to early 1980s. Other collectible AB&I designs: Other designs in the American Cookware series included the Liberty Bell, Covered Wagon, Riverboat, and Old Ironsides, among others, with specific designs often corresponding to a particular size or style of pan.
