It has not been used as a planter or been kept outside which is really common with these pots. Its not been painted, it is in need oiling to clean off the light rust. Inside is used, with tin inside but its showing its age, need properly cleaning or re tinning before putting food in. A great display piece. Any questions please feel free to ask.
