Here’s an early antique ornate cast iron parlor heating stove from the 1890s Victorian Era…… 40tall with original heavy iron ring handles on sides and finial dome top! I’m not sure if the cast iron dome top is original to this stove or not? …. It is embossed 319 & 321 & 323 GER HEA 1914 PC. 29 on the top inside of dome. It has a vented handle for lifting it while hot, but there are no vent holes. It fits onto the top though and looks great. I feel like it may have been “married” expertly to this stove but I just dont know for sure? The two piece cast iron base seems to be older from the 1890s is embossed CENTRAL OILGAS STOVE CO PATENTED OTHERS PDG on one leg….. One leg was broken off and repaired expertly with a piece of metal that looks very similar to other 3 original legs. It is very sturdy and painted black with rough texture to blend in nicely. The bottom two pieces of stove measure 25tall….. Fancy decorated with a lot of vent holes for heat to escape. The inside has 4 little ledges which must have held the oil gas heater, which is missing. I see no other damage other than the leg I mentioned. This is an original antique iron stove made in the 1890s, with the dome top probably made later in 1914? You will have to either pick it up in Hillsboro, Illinois…. We do make trips to the east coast and to the South so may be able to work something out. THIS IS A FIXED PRICE STOVE FOR SALE IN MY STORE.
