Offering this Vintage Porcelain Enamel 23 wide Gas Stove I removed from my grandfather’s Airstream Style Trailer recently. Here’s the story : In the very early 1950’s my grandfather built his own Airstream style trailer in Sourthwestern PA and promptly moved his family to Southern California via that trailer. Included in that trailer was this stove and prior to moving, he had worked at Robertshaw controls in New Stanton, PA so the knob on the stove says Robertshaw….. Although I have no idea if they manufactured the entire thing. It has remained in that trailer at the home in CA since the 1950’s until recently when I brought it back to PA. It was used on camping trips etc. Until his passing in 1964 but has been unused for the last 58 years at least. It is in nice vintage shape as shown and is 21″ deep and 36″ high. I know absolutely zero about it other than what I have stated. It is 4 burner and a drawer (maybe a broiler) and is light beige color with a jadite green trim on front as shown. This is a 1950s Antique Wedgewood gas stove in perfect working condition. We’ve owned/used it for 20+ years and never had the desire to replace it because we love the way it looks. There are 4 cast iron burners. The left side is for storage and there’s a broiler under the oven. We had the electrical cord for the stovetop light replaced a few years back so the light works perfectly. It’s 36 wide and comes with the original broiling pan (not pictured). There are a few chips in the enamel near the bottom and the interior could use a little elbow grease, but we’ve taken good care of it over the years.
