I bought this coal/wood stove at an antique store in Munich, Germany in the 1980s Although I never used it, it probably works as an oven. I just loved it as an antique and decoration piece. It is from the late 19th century Brand: Swoboda The words “Turen Schliessen” = close the door, are engraved There are two compartments that open. The lower one catches the ashes. I had it next to my chimney as decoration. Size: 12.5″ X 12″ on top. I think it weighs around 50-60 pounds. Two people can carry it. Rare and beautiful piece.. The item “Rare German Antique Store Munich 1890s Parlor Coal Stove Cast Iron Swoboda” is in sale since Sunday, September 29, 2019. This item is in the category “Antiques\Home & Hearth\Stoves”.
