Griswold slant ERIE logo round handle griddle in a size #8. Features the cross reinforcement on the bottom. This griddle also has the earliest handle style with the single hole. This variation isn’t very common. Griddle over-all is in pretty good condition. Does have some light utensil marks on the cooking surface as shown but still retains nearly all of the factory polishing swirls. Bottom is nice with the logo being crisp and clear. No cracks, no pitting. Does have a very slight side to side movement on our glass top stove but I would still feel confident using this on it with no issues. Has been cleaned via electrolysis and seasoned one time with my own blend of all natural Pennsylvania beeswax, crisco and olive oil. I did wipe it down with food grade mineral oil to protect it from surface rust due to the humidity.
