It has a nice patina similar to seasoned cast iron. There is a nice metal finish with almost no rust seen. 23 1/2″ tall x 15″ in diam. At the bottom and 14 diam. Wick knob seems stuck. As seen in photos. 2 out of three mica windows have holes in them but should be easy to replace.

For sale we have an Antique Pioneer Gas Heater Cast Iron. The heater has not been tested and this would be considered for parts/not working. It does make a great piece of decor. It is around 20″ tall, 15″ wide, and 9 in depth. The knob parts on the side add another inch or two. I believe it is missing the grates but I think that’s it. There is some wear and rust but overall it has a very nice look. I believe the base is cast iron and it’s pretty heavy weighing in at 17 lbs. Hard to find one this nice in good working order. The half moon damper on the front works easily, Great condition, No damage, It was completely cleaned and finished in a high heat black that gives it an Original patinaed look. What a great looking Handle and Nice design. The top damper parts work well.
