VERY RARE, DIMINUTIVE and difficult-to-find “FAIRY GIFT” toy stove from my personal collection…. Original condition with original paint and parts…. Very good, original condition…. Very difficult to find…. Complete, right down to the removable oven shelf…. A few small flaws…. One upper hinge on one of the front small doors (above the hearth shelf) is broken (10th photo), but could easily be glued…. Two small chips/casting flaws along the stovetop edge (last 2 photos)…. RARE MARTIN STOVE & RANGE. # 14 SPIDER SKILLET. Up for sale is a hard to find Martin Stove and Range #14 cast iron spider skillet. These are much harder to find that the common #10 and #12 spiders, but not as hard as the #16. In cleaned condition but may need additional cleaning. I clean cast iron with a. Lye bath/electrolysis tank process. But the skillet is too long for my set up so cleaned with dye and scrubbed. All my iron is carefully packaged in custom boxes with special packing to ensure that it arrives. In the same condition it left me. Please keep this in mind while you are leaving feedback, as I’m. C Antique Cast Iron Stove & Cauldron. Stands 35″ tall with a very large cauldron measuring 24″ top diameter. Stove base is a rectangular 30″ x 18″ at the longest parts. Cast marked on both sides “Twenty Two Gallons” & cast marked on stove door Orr, Painter & Co. In antique very used condition with expected losses including metal loss at front left bottom corner, metal loss front lower edge, rust thru at base of flue extension & one bracket broken at inside base (all shown in pictures). Rust on all surfaces. Stove is made up of a base & 4 sides, all held together by a top collar. Cauldron rests inside the collar & has a farm handmade handled tin lid. Once collar is removed, stove comes apart into 5 pieces. Very old post civil war era piece that was used for fat rendering. Stove can still be used as is or metal repairs can be made. I bought this coal/wood stove at an antique store in Munich, Germany in the 1980s Although I never used it, it probably works as an oven. I just loved it as an antique and decoration piece. It is from the late 19th century Brand: Swoboda The words “Turen Schliessen” = close the door, are engraved There are two compartments that open. The lower one catches the ashes. I had it next to my chimney as decoration. Downsizing and moving soon, so I need to part with it. I think it weighs around 50-60 pounds. Two people can carry it. Rare and beautiful piece..
