This is a beautiful ornate 1906 Round Oak E18. Original black coloring is intact over the vast majority of the stove. The Round Oak Stove Company was founded in Dowagiac, Michigan in 1871 by P. Beckwith cast his first stove around 1867 to heat his struggling foundry and shortly after, the Michigan Central Railroad ordered the heaters for its depots between Detroit and Chicago. A STUNNING WOOD BURNING PARLOR STOVE. Needs a little tlc. Manufacturered by The Keeley Stove Co. Model is Columbian Joy Parlor Stove. Circa 1800’s and has been in the family for 4 generations. 23″ w x 21″ D 47″ top of stove with finail 60″ tall. Stove is completely useable, however has been just an ornament in a living room for years and needs just a little TLC. As far as any “cracks” I don’t see any in the structural metal just some small patchy areas of surface rust. The glass-like windows are made from natural formica stone – 2 are cracked and others show signs of age. AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION AND PICKED UP. IN PRIVATE HOME IN PLANT CITY, FL.
