Nice old piece of cast-iron, from Akron Ohio. Does have some minor rusting but a beautiful deco industrial look, and a great owl design. Measures 23 1/2 x 16 1/4.

Vintage Jewel Cast Iron Part. Here’s a very nice cast iron part with no damage or rust, would be hard to find one in better condition. Piece measures 22″ x 6″ and about 1 1/16 thick. The tabs are about 7/8″ wide and spread about 15 ¾” apart. I believe this is some kind of side shelf for a wood stove but not 100% sure. Please look at all the pictures carefully and ask any questions you may have.

ANTIQUE JEWEL CAST IRON STOVE GRATE PART SIGN EMBLEM. This antique Jewel cast iron stove grate is used and has rusting, wear, and some damage. The piece is pretty solid but it does have some cracking. The major crack is under the W and the E in JEWEL. There is some play in the metal if you press on it, but it holds up well. There are a few other smaller cracks on the piece. I’ve added detailed photos of these places of damage. The piece is about 21.5 inches long and is about 6 inches wide, 7 inches if you include the tab at the top in the measurement. Please see the detailed photos to get a sense of the item’s condition. ANTIQUE CAST IRON DESPATCH OVEN CLOCK FACE INDUSTRIAL SIGN. This “Clock Face” was salvaged from a steel mill that was being deconstructed just outside of Pittsburgh, PA. I was told by one of the old salts that used to work there that it was placed above the coke ovens to notate what time the batches were placed in the ovens. It’s in amazing original condition.
