The 1869 Caboose Potbelly Stove is reminiscent of the potbelly stoves seen in the train stations and cabooses of yesteryear. This high-performance potbelly stove is constructed of all cast iron and is designed to burn coal. Its generous firepot capacity with shaker grate allows 40 lbs. Of coal to burn for eight hours before requiring refueling. Separate ash door with slide draft control at bottom creates a forge effect that ensures proper combustion. Long flared top with 8in. Lift out lid facilitates fry pan or tea kettle. Stove comes assembled except for legs. This is an original IDEAL-OAK No. 77 antique potbelly stove, crafted from cast iron with nickel-plated accents. Standing approximately 45 inches tall, it features the classic bulbous center design characteristic of potbelly stoves, offering both functional heating and vintage charm. Leavenworth, Omaha and Denver Wood Burning Stove No. 111 The Great Western Stove Company of the 1870s had two foundries and its furnace yielded 15 tons of iron daily. In 1936, the Great Western Stove Company was still making coal, wood and gas burning stoves and ranges of all kinds under the trade name Banquet. The stove company closed in the early 1940s. The stoves produced by the Great Western Stove Company are prized today by antique collectors and letters of inquiry are received to this day. Item weighs less than 50 pounds.

VINTAGE ANTIQUE CAST IRON POTBELLY LEG FRAME WOOD/COAL STOVE BASE. Frame is about 19 1/2″ X 23″ and 7 3/4 tall. Frame is not a reproduction its the real deal. One repair present but done properly and seen from the exterior. This would make a good base for the right stove, coffee table, foot stool or a nice table base for a glass top. Its pretty much suitable for any setting, whether it be in an antique shop or as a statement piece in your home. Frame has some beautiful embossed designs on the antique exterior. Antique miniature cast iron Spark potbelly stove Grey Iron Casting co Mt. Description – An excellent example of an. Antique miniature cast iron Spark potbelly stove. The stove was manufactured by the Grey Iron Casting co Mt. Joy PA and is marked in the lower. The stove comes with 2 tools one original to lift the top and the other a small flue tool which I’m not sure is original but can with the stove. These stoves are often described as salesman’s samples, but I believe they were actually toys or novelties as salesman samples were. Miniatures of full size stoves. This one is really nice and would be really hard to upgrade. Dimensions – 13 5/8 ” tall x 8 3/4 ” deep x 8 wide. Age – ca 1900 – 1940 +. Condition – Fine condition (see pics).
