A really great and nicely designed stoves, we love it, designed by Italian design legend, Antonio Citterio. Stunning long tapered legs on the bench. It’s in great condition, we’ve serviced it every year and there’s no issues. Ready to be fitted in to a home home. All the details below on sizes and power output etc. It’s 7kw and puts out a lot of heat. We’ve only used kiln dried logs but it multi fuel. The flu can go behind like how we have it or into the top. Google it for loads of cool photos and reviews. The Shaker is a classic piece of design. Harking back to the days of simplicity, quality, and functionality, yet with such an up to date look. The Shaker stove is designed by Antonio Citterio, a prolific and successful designer and architect who lives and works in Milan. He says: I design objects for myself…. You cant force things. If something doesnt work, dont do it, and that comes across when you look at the Shaker stove. What really makes the Skantherm Shaker stove for me are the long tapered legs that continue the converging lines of the stove, the multiple crisp, straight edges, the fact that, because the loading door is to the side of the stove, the window to the fire is left completely unobstructed.
